Implementation Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Implementation Specialist at Plaid is responsible for guiding and helping strategic customers integrate with Plaid solutions, ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of the product.

In Short

• Work with strategic Enterprise customers to build applications and platforms.
• Serve as the trusted advisor and lead point of contact during implementation.
• Own all aspects of customer engagement including technical support and project management.
• Communicate with technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with Account Executives and Managers to support customer workflows.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical insights during testing.
• Improve customer onboarding experience based on feedback.
• Ensure a smooth handoff to the Account Team post-implementation.
• Focus on building a refined implementation process for efficiency.

Requirements

• 7+ years in a client-facing or technology-focused role.
• Experience with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage complex technical projects.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Experience with APIs, OAuth, webhooks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
