Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships - Remote

Overview

The Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory and will play a critical role in accelerating Placemakr's growth by leveraging their expertise in multifamily real estate.

In Short

• Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers, investors, owners, and lenders.
• Leverage existing network to source introductions for portfolio expansion.
• Prospect for multifamily projects in key submarkets.
• Develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
• Represent Placemakr at industry events.
• Lead presentations of financial models to investors.
• Produce relationships with investors for successful deals.
• Support contract negotiations.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage or investment.
• Deep multifamily network in Orlando required.
• Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts.
• Experience in a quota-bearing role with a successful track record.
• Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with attention to detail.
• Ability to convey complex ideas simply.
• Demonstrated grit in navigating complex transactions.
