Overview

The Leasing Manager at Placemakr will play a crucial role in executing the leasing function while leading and developing the leasing team to enhance resident satisfaction and achieve leasing goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in multi-family leasing.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with property management systems, preferably Yardi.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to resolve escalated resident issues effectively.
• Experience in creating schedules and managing team performance.
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
• Hands-on approach to work and ability to manage physical tasks.
