Overview

As a Leasing Manager at Placemakr, you will play an integral role in executing leasing functions, leading and developing your team to enhance resident satisfaction and achieve leasing goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in multi-family leasing.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience with leasing reports and property management systems.
• Knowledge of leasing rules and strong negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in performance management and interviewing.
• Ability to resolve resident issues effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative work ethic.
• Ability to perform physical tasks as required.
