Overview

As a Leasing Manager at Guardian Properties, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing leasing operations across a growing portfolio of residential and small commercial properties.

In Short

Manage listings, tenant communications, applications, renewals, and vendor coordination.
Post and maintain unit listings on internet listing services (ILS).
Screen prospective residents and facilitate lease signings.
Oversee renewals to minimize vacancy loss.
Conduct periodic marketing audits to ensure property visibility.
Coordinate move-outs, inspections, and unit turns.
Collaborate with maintenance teams and vendors.
Serve as point of contact for tenants.
Support leasing and operations for ~118 scattered-site units.
Ensure compliance with income-restricted housing guidelines.

Requirements

Experience in property management or leasing.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of marketing strategies for property visibility.
Familiarity with leasing regulations and compliance.
