Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships - Remote

Overview

The Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory and accelerating the growth of Placemakr by leveraging their expertise in multifamily real estate.

• Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers and investors.
• Expand your network to actively source new partnerships.
• Prospect for multifamily projects in key submarkets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
• Represent Placemakr at industry events.
• Lead presentations of complex financial models to investors.
• Produce quality relationships with investors/developers.
• Support contract negotiations alongside the VP of Real Estate Partnerships.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage, investment, or development.
• Existing deep multifamily network in your home city is required.
• Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts.
• Experience in a quota-bearing role with a successful deal track record.
• Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time.
• Strong business writing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Self-starter mentality with a thirst to learn quickly.
• Demonstrated track record in navigating complex real estate transactions.
