Overview

The Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships is responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory and will play a crucial role in Placemakr's growth by utilizing expertise in multifamily real estate.

In Short

  • Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers, investors, owners, and lenders.
  • Leverage existing network to source introductions for expanding Placemakr’s portfolio.
  • Prospect for Class A and B multifamily projects in key submarkets.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Represent Placemakr at industry events to promote the brand.
  • Lead presentations of complex financial models to investors/developers.
  • Produce quality relationships with investors/developers to close deals.
  • Support contract negotiations with the VP and General Counsel.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 7+ years in multifamily brokerage, investment, development, or asset management.
  • Deep multifamily network in Las Vegas is required.
  • Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts.
  • Experience in a quota-bearing role with a successful deal track record.
  • Ability to travel 10%-25% based on business needs.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Track record of navigating complex real estate transactions.
  • Self-starter mentality with attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong business writing skills.
