Overview

The Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships at Placemakr will play a crucial role in sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory to accelerate growth and expand the portfolio.

• Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers and investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in multifamily brokerage, investment, or asset management.
• Established network in the local real estate market.
• Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts.
• Experience in a quota-bearing role with a successful track record.
• Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time.
• Strong communication skills for conveying complex ideas.
• Ability to navigate complex real estate transactions.
• Self-starter mentality with attention to detail.
• Strong business writing skills.
