Overview

The Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing third-party managed real estate inventory and expanding the Placemakr portfolio through strategic partnerships and networking.

• Grow new partner relationships with regional real estate developers, investors, owners, and lenders.
• Leverage existing network to source introductions and expand Placemakr’s portfolio.
• Prospect for multifamily projects in key markets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth.
• Represent Placemakr at industry events to promote the brand.
• Lead presentations of financial models to senior investors.
• Produce quality relationships with investors and developers.
• Support contract negotiations with legal counsel.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage, investment, or development.
• Established network in the multifamily sector.
• Proven ability to build a large network of contacts.
• Experience in a quota-bearing role.
• Ability to travel 10%-25% of the time.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter mentality and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex transactions.
• Alignment with company community norms.
