Overview

Ping Identity is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Director of Professional Services, Americas to lead our Americas services team. This individual will play a critical leadership role in driving bookings, delivering outstanding customer outcomes through co-delivery with partners, and elevating the execution and scalability of our delivery operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Professional Services, with 5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong sales partnership experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• Experience with partner ecosystems and co-delivery models.
• Proven track record in managing delivery organizations.
• Strong people leadership and organizational development skills.
• Experience with IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud platforms preferred.
• Ability to travel within the Americas up to 30%.
