Overview

As an Onboarding Customer Success Manager, you will help lead our customers into their Ping Identity journey, ensuring the successful deployment and realization of value for our customers.

In Short

  • Manage the deployment strategy for a variety of customers.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the deployment lifecycle.
  • Participate in the management of project goals and drive teams to achieve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams.
  • Engage with various customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Challenge and manage client expectations during the engagement.
  • Analyze project goals and drive project team members to achieve those goals.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in leading enterprise level Customer deployment projects.
  • Management of technical projects with customer and vendor stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Ping Identity's value proposition.
  • Ability to present to C-level executives and technical experts.
  • Knowledge of technology principles and services.
  • Experience with project management best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage conflicting priorities.
