Overview

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will ensure that new customers are optimally introduced to our solutions, serving as their first contact after contract signing and guiding them with empathy, structure, and digital expertise towards successful usage.

In Short

  • Conduct remote onboardings with doctors and practice teams.
  • Individual setup and configuration of our products based on customer requirements.
  • Train users for effective application of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, or Project Management, ideally in digital health or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for simplifying complex content.
  • Structured and independent working style.
  • Digital affinity: curiosity and interest in AI technology and proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, etc.
  • Very good German language skills (spoken and written) and good English skills.
