Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a Customer Success role at a SaaS company
  • Experience with customer data analysis
  • Empathetic and a good communicator
  • Detail-oriented and able to track notes in CRM
