In Short

  • Engage and manage relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Drive retention and expansion of the customer base.
  • Act as a key point for technical support escalation.
  • Oversee the customer onboarding process.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Provide guidance and training to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account servicing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer success metrics.
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement software.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Familiarity with the industry is a plus.
