Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in healthcare software or technology.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Management, or related field.
  • Proven success in retaining and growing healthcare accounts.
  • Strong understanding of EMRs/EHRs and their operational impacts.
  • Experience in leading customer meetings and strategic discussions.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Technical fluency in software functionality and integrations.
  • Proactive and self-directed with excellent organization skills.
  • Collaborative approach to work with internal teams.
  • Knowledge of renewals and contracting processes.
