Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of brands — helping them stay active, grow revenue, and achieve measurable results. You’ll act as the bridge between our platform and the brands we serve, ensuring they see real business impact through consistent support, strategy, and partnership.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to remove blockers, streamline communication, and deliver fast solutions.
  • Collect customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for product and strategy teams.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Experience in leading client calls and presentations.
