The Chargeback Specialist will take full ownership of chargeback and dispute management across all payment methods, focusing on maximizing win rates and minimizing revenue loss.

Requirements

• Experience in chargeback and dispute management.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce transactions.
• Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
