Overview

The Customer Success Manager will ensure healthcare-provider customers derive maximum value from the company's workforce-management platform, acting as the primary post-sale contact and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Onboard new customers and guide them through implementation.
  • Develop deep product and industry knowledge to act as a trusted advisor.
  • Monitor customer health signals and identify risk and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their strategic goals.
  • Drive user adoption and coordinate with teams for product enhancements.
  • Work with account teams to secure renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Prepare customer success materials and advocate for customer needs.
  • 3+ years in customer success or account management role.
  • Strong product aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer success / account management role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in healthcare, staffing or technology sectors is a plus.
  • Strong product aptitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts and drive outcomes.
  • Comfortable working remotely during the 4 pm-12 am SAST shift.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and customer success platforms.
