Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Kentik will establish and maintain ownership of the entire Customer experience, ensuring customer satisfaction and success from onboarding through renewal and growth.

In Short

  • Identify key customer champions and foster long-term relationships.
  • Support customers through the Kentik Customer Journey.
  • Establish rapport with assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Network Intelligence Advisors and Sales Teams.
  • Identify account risks and manage customer needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers.
  • Work in a collaborative team setting.
  • Travel to key customers as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Must be based in Europe, preferably the UK.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and SaaS tools.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to lead customer meetings effectively.
  • Previous SaaS experience required.
  • Revenue recognition experience is a plus.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe up to 25% of the time.
