Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Mini O will own the relationship with customers from purchase to installation and after-sales, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native English fluency.
  • Experience with demanding customers in sales or support.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude towards problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Self-organized and capable of tracking KPIs.
