  • Source new contacts and prospects across assigned territory.
  • Keep documentation up to date regarding prospect contact information.
  • Research assigned target accounts leveraging strategic plans.
  • Communicate with key personas via personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for customized campaigns.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the healthcare industry.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales.
  • Attend conferences and trade shows to promote patient engagement.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills using CRMs (Salesforce).
  • 3-5 years of sales development experience.
  • Experience in lead generation or high volume outbound B2B selling.
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with deep research capabilities.
  • Understanding of the impact of products on customer problems.
  • A genuine and magnetic personality; coachable and competitive.
  • Able to travel for meetings and conferences (up to 25%).
