Overview

The Customer Success Onboarding Manager ensures that new customers are optimally introduced to our solutions, serving as their first point of contact after contract signing and guiding them empathetically and structurally into successful usage.

  • Conduct remote onboardings with doctors and practice teams.
  • Customize and configure our products based on customer requirements.
  • Train users for effective application of our solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, or Project Management, ideally in digital healthcare or SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain complex content simply.
  • Structured and independent work style.
  • Digital affinity: curiosity and interest in AI technology and proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, etc.
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written form and good English skills.
