Pinetree is an applied AI Agents research lab seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to drive adoption of AI agent solutions in healthcare. This commission-only role offers significant upside for strong performers.

In Short

• Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts for AI agent solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for target verticals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives.
• Partner with product and research teams to align client needs.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles including negotiations.
• Create repeatable sales processes and pipeline management practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in AI or SaaS.
• Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Strong network with healthcare executives.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and comfortable in a high-autonomy startup environment.
• Ability to thrive in a commission-only, performance-driven role.
