Overview

The HR Technology Analyst II position focuses on analyzing work processes and improving technological capabilities within the HR department, ensuring data integrity and supporting system upgrades.

In Short

  • Analyze business practices and user needs to implement solutions.
  • Perform system maintenance and assist with HRMS upgrades.
  • Provide production support for HRMS issues and process flaws.
  • Generate and maintain reports/queries for HR data.
  • Conduct training for users on new HRMS functionalities.
  • Stay updated on HRMS trends and technologies.
  • Participate in user group meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Expertise in UKG Workforce Management system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, MIS, or related field.
  • 1-2+ years of HRIS or related IT experience.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
