Overview

The Architect II role involves planning and designing new building projects, expansions, or remodels, ensuring they meet established standards. This position requires leading a team of CAD designers and executing architectural project designs through all phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed architect with at least six years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe products.
• Knowledge of construction documents and AIA contracts.
• Understanding of building systems and codes.
• Basic Microsoft 365 skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in retail design and technology.
