Overview

Arcadis is the world's leading company delivering sustainable design, engineering, and consultancy solutions for natural and built assets. This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally.

In Short

• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces
• Review own work to ensure that it meets specified standards before checking by others
• Prepare documentation and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant national standards and codes of practice
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge to ensure ongoing personal effectiveness
• Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources
• Work collaboratively with other sectors and disciplines
• Monitor the performance of team members and resolve any issues
• Coach and provide technical advice to junior team members
• Develop and maintain a good understanding of the services delivered by Arcadis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in an architecture related discipline
• Achieved Licensed status or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years experience in architecture design works
• Proficient or have knowledge in Design, Autocad, Sketchup, Revit, Adobe Suite, Lumion, 3D Max
