Overview

The Analyst II, HR Technology role focuses on analyzing work processes and improving HR technology capabilities while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.

In Short

  • Analyze work processes and design flows to maximize technological capabilities.
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas.
  • Assist in HRMS upgrades, patches, and testing.
  • Generate and maintain reports using appropriate reporting tools.
  • Conduct training for users on new processes and system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
  • Provide production support and resolve HRMS-related issues.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS and related technologies.
  • Document processes and results systematically.
  • Participate in user group meetings and conferences.

Requirements

  • Expertise in UKG Workforce Management system.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management, MIS, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in HRIS or related IT/technical roles.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Payroll preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
