Overview

As the first Enterprise Customer Success Manager at PermitFlow, you will take ownership of complex, high-value customer relationships in the construction industry, driving value and influencing product direction.

In Short

  • Own a high-value book of business primarily in enterprise residential and home services.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Design and execute customer success strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape AI-driven solutions.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans for customer retention.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks and operational frameworks.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Proven experience in managing enterprise-level customers.
  • Excitement for automating antiquated industries.
  • Bonus for experience in construction tech or permitting workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Strong track record with high ACVs ($300K+).
  • A proactive team player with a builder’s mindset.
  • Experience in operations-heavy industries is a plus.
