Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Proven expertise in managing complex accounts and strategic renewals.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Experience presenting to large audiences with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
