Overview

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will own a portfolio of ~12–15 mid-market accounts, typically valued between $100K–$300K ARR each. This role spans both executive onboarding during implementation and post-implementation success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
  • Proven success managing mid-market B2B accounts.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience and adaptability in complex environments.
  • Commercial acumen and data fluency.
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical fluency in translating product capabilities into business value.
  • Background in financial services or regulated industries preferred.
