In Short

  • Oversee a portfolio of ~30 large law firm accounts.
  • Focus on deep, strategic partnerships to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
  • Conduct executive-level business reviews and adoption analyses.
  • Partner with customers to define success metrics aligned with their objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Own the renewal process for accounts, securing favorable outcomes.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Document feedback and use cases to inform product development.
  • Ensure meticulous tracking of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for customized customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or JD is a strong plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts successfully.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with CSPs and CRM systems.
  • Legal Tech experience is a plus.
