In Short

  • Acquire net new enterprise logos.
  • Expand within existing roll-up and national accounts.
  • Convert pilots into multi-division and enterprise-wide partnerships.
  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded deals with executives.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for net new and expansion accounts.
  • Build ROI-driven business cases for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy and deal visibility.
  • Provide insights to shape enterprise motion and roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience in construction-tech or adjacent industries preferred.
  • Skilled at navigating executive relationships.
  • Capable of building compelling business cases.
  • Excited to define the enterprise GTM playbook.
  • Motivated by transforming infrastructure and scaling technology.
