  • Actively source and pursue qualified opportunities for new enterprise accounts.
  • Map complex enterprise accounts and negotiate license and professional services agreements.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations both virtually and in-person.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales to create tailored strategies.
  • Develop a pipeline of opportunities within a designated territory.
  • Acquire knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage deal risks and deliver dependable forecasts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise/cloud software sales experience.
  • Experience selling enterprise HR/HCM Applications to multinational companies.
  • Confident in demonstrating software and building ROI presentations.
  • Strong rapport-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expert-level solution selling experience preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel at least 30%.
