Overview

As a Sales Lead Scandinavia at PERGOLUX, you will own regional revenue growth and build a high-performing team for the markets Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. You will shape the sales strategy, lead execution, and work closely with the Country Manager to elevate our presence in the Nordics.

In Short

  • Lead and grow a regional sales team with a coaching mindset

  • Manage the full sales funnel from lead generation to closing
  • Handle ~25% of direct sales during your first 3 months
  • Drive strategic improvements in sales processes
  • Partner with Country Manager to boost pipeline quality
  • Build relationships with B2B partners
  • Launch upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Represent the Scandinavian market in leadership initiatives
  • Monitor competitors and ensure strong local market positioning

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-ticket B2C/D2C sales
  • Proven ability to scale teams and exceed targets
  • Strong sales ops and CRM skills
  • Empathetic, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinker who’s hands-on
  • Excellent communicator and coach
  • Fluent in English (C2)
