In Short

• Drive Conversion Optimisation through A/B testing and UX improvements.
• Own the digital customer journey from first click to purchase completion.
• Build a comprehensive SEO strategy to enhance organic traffic.
• Create and optimise marketing automation campaigns.

Requirements

• Multi-year Ecommerce Experience with high-growth websites.
• CRO Expertise with A/B testing and user experience principles.
• SEO Knowledge for technical and content optimisation.
• Analytics Proficiency with Google Analytics and data interpretation.
• Technical Skills including HTML/CSS and familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and customer segmentation.
• Understanding of premium brand positioning.
