In Short

• Professional consultation and support for our customers via phone, email, and (video) chat at our location in Frankfurt.
• Processing orders and assisting with product inquiries.
• Handling customer inquiries, returns, and complaints, as well as checking the accuracy and plausibility of requests.
• Coordinating and communicating with our logistics partners to ensure a smooth delivery process.
• Maintaining data and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1) and good English (B1) to communicate confidently with our customers.
• Experience in customer service (at least 1-2 years), ideally in e-commerce or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented and empathetic approach to work.
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic team with a strong service mindset.
• Good self-organization and time management for efficient work.
• Technical affinity and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in our office near Frankfurt Central Station.
