Customer Service Agent DACH - Remote

Overview

PERGOLUX is a rapidly growing e-commerce company in the Home & Garden sector that designs, manufactures, and sells premium aluminum pergolas. Founded in Norway, we are now active in over 14 markets across Europe, North America, South America, and Australia — with plans to scale even further.

In Short

• Provide professional advice and support to our customers via phone, email, and (video) chat at our Frankfurt location.
• Process orders and assist with questions related to our products.
• Resolve customer inquiries, handle returns and complaints, and check the correctness and plausibility of requests.
• Coordinate and communicate with logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Maintain data and optimize processes to increase efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1) to communicate confidently with our customers.
• Experience in customer service (1–2 years minimum), ideally in e-commerce or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented and empathetic working style.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team with a strong service mindset.
• Strong self-organization and time management to work efficiently.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at our office near Frankfurt Central Station.
