E-commerce Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed, and digitally savvy Ecommerce Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and performance optimization of our Shopify website.

In Short

• Manage and optimize all Product Display Pages (PDPs) on Shopify.
• Oversee homepage, navigation, and seasonal merchandising updates.
• Plan and execute product launches and sales promotions.
• Monitor site daily to ensure uptime and product availability.
• Update and publish blog content regularly.
• Monitor performance metrics using Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.
• Manage and grow revenue through email and SMS marketing.
• Communicate with the offshore dev team to troubleshoot bugs.
• Act as the point person for all ecommerce operations questions.

Requirements

• Experience in E-commerce management, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong understanding of SEO and conversion optimization.
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing, especially with Klaviyo.
• Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for team collaboration.
