Per Scholas is seeking a Senior Vice President of Development (SVP) who will lead a team of fundraisers to increase revenue from foundations and individuals, guiding a team of professionals and executing multi-year fundraising strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of fundraising experience.
• Track record of securing 7-figure commitments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Apps.

• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in campaign fundraising.
• Leadership experience in developing fundraising strategies.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
