Overview

Per Scholas is seeking a Senior Director, Development (Southern Region) to lead fundraising efforts and team management in the Southern Region, driving growth and engagement through strategic partnerships and effective storytelling.

In Short

• Lead fundraising efforts across Southern Region markets.
• Manage and coach a team of fundraisers.
• Develop local fundraising strategies in collaboration with regional leaders.
• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation in Salesforce.
• Create compelling materials for donor engagement.

• Collaborate with marketing for local publicity.

• Represent Per Scholas at key funder meetings.
• Achieve a revenue target of $6.8M+ for 2025.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7-10 years of relevant development experience.
• Strong management and coaching skills.
• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Proven research and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel 10-15%.
• Ability to attend key external meetings.
