Senior Manager, Data Management & Governance - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Data Management & Governance lead to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s data infrastructure, governance frameworks, and information strategy.

In Short

• Build, implement, and continuously improve organization-wide systems and processes that enhance data quality.
• Support the VP in executing a strategic vision for data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Identify critical data elements and define requirements.
• Lead the problem management process for data quality issues.
• Establish and maintain metadata and reference data standards.
• Develop quality controls for data accuracy.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of incoming data.
• Support enterprise data infrastructure initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc queries and generate reports using Salesforce and Tableau.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data management or governance.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience in data governance frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
