Per Scholas is seeking a Senior Communications Manager to enhance internal and external communications, ensuring connectivity among colleagues and strengthening public relations efforts.

• Lead internal communications strategies for over 550 colleagues.
• Develop and execute strategic internal communications plans.
• Manage content calendar and produce internal communications materials.
• Establish KPIs and measure success of communications initiatives.
• Create compelling stories and manage external communications.
• Craft narratives and manage media relations.
• Support crisis communication efforts and reputation management.
• Collaborate across teams and manage projects effectively.
• Proficient in communication and collaboration tools.
• Occasional travel to campuses and team meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in Asana.
• Experience with Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate and manage time effectively.
• Solid understanding of marketing techniques.
• Experience in social media content creation and management.
• Strong understanding of knowledge and change management.
