Requirements

  • 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Proven success in donor cultivation and stewardship.
  • Deep knowledge of philanthropic trends and funding models.
  • Strong analytical skills for multi-year fundraising plans.
  • Experience with donor management systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced settings.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for donor meetings and retreats.
