Overview

The Associate Director, Executive & Board Operations will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure smooth operations of high-level initiatives and support the Board of Directors.

• 4-7 years of experience supporting a CEO or senior executive.
• Exceptional calendar and inbox management skills.
• Strong writing and communication skills in executive settings.
• Experience managing logistics for meetings and strategic planning.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com).
• Comfort using AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Strong judgment and professionalism.
