  • 5-7+ years of experience in HR or talent operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills to present data clearly.

  • Experience in managing complex operational systems.
  • Expertise in K-12 education or nonprofit environments.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning tools and technology.
  • Track record in managing onboarding and performance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage workflows with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
