As the Director of Talent Acquisition & Operations at Leading Educators, you will play a critical role in architecting the talent infrastructure that drives educational transformation, managing multiple concurrent searches while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
  • Experience in nonprofit organizations or the education sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent searches.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience in structured hiring processes and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with ATS and interview platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-enabled tools in recruiting.
  • Comfortable engaging in productive conflict.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear guidance.
  • Strong systems orientation.
