Overview

Leading Educators is seeking a strategic talent leader to own our talent systems and serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team, focusing on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

In Short

  • Lead talent systems and workforce planning.

  • Conduct capacity planning meetings.

  • Work remotely with occasional national travel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in talent management.
  • Experience coaching managers and improving team outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and performance systems.
  • Ability to influence leaders beyond direct reporting lines.
  • Experience in fast-paced or mission-driven environments.
  • Demonstrated learning agility.
  • Proven ability in workforce planning systems.
  • Strong judgment and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with performance management strategies.
