Overview

The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Clarvida’s talent acquisition strategy across the U.S. and supporting global operations. This role is pivotal in driving workforce planning, candidate experience, employer branding, and stakeholder engagement through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and inclusive practices.

In Short

  • Owns overall TA strategy for assigned geographies and service categories.
  • Sets recruitment priorities and candidate experience standards.
  • Acts as senior advisor to operations leaders and hiring managers.
  • Deep engagement with hiring managers and executives.
  • Owns employer branding and external partnerships.
  • Guides adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Oversees Managers aligned to specific service categories.
  • Uses analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for building and maintaining talent pipelines.
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition operations, enablement, or analytics.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in recruitment strategy.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement.
  • Expertise in candidate experience optimization.
