Overview

The Learning & Development Enablement Consultant supports enterprise-wide learning initiatives by building, maintaining, and delivering practical training programs for employees and people leaders. This role focuses on enablement and execution, turning frameworks, tools, and requirements into clear learning experiences that are easy to use and consistently applied across the organization.

In Short

• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of enterprise onboarding programs.
• Help structure multi-week onboarding experiences for employees.
• Partner with HR and TA to ensure onboarding content reflects real workflows.
• Support the development and delivery of people leader training across core topics.
• Assist in creating facilitator guides and job aids.
• Support administration and content updates within learning platforms.
• Coordinate live or virtual training sessions.
• Gather feedback and make iterative improvements to content.
• Maintain documentation and enablement resources.
• Ensure required training content is accurate and well-maintained.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience supporting onboarding and manager training programs.
• Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-aware environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
