Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Learning and Development Senior Consultant to join our team. This role will be split between instructional design and learning operations, involving designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences, as well as managing various aspects of learning operations to ensure operational efficiency and a positive learner experience.

In Short

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning sessions.
  • Support global learning initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and enhance learner experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience.
  • Experience with tools such as Articulate Storyline or Rise.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems.
  • MS Office proficiency, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure learning outcomes.
  • Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
